Bray Kelly is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors. Bray has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance business as a principal and in capital markets. Prior to joining KingsRock, Bray founded JBK Capital and invested in commercial real estate and fintech assets, and co-founded DataGryd Data Centers. In addition, Bray has advised telecommunications and private equity companies on successful data center turnarounds and exits.

Prior to founding JBK Capital, Bray was an Executive Director of the UBS Investment Bank Global Commercial Real Estate Group, where he managed over $15 billion of UBS commercial mortgage-backed securitizations. Before joining UBS, Bray worked in the commercial real estate capital markets groups at KPMG and Morgan Stanley.

Bray has a JD from New York Law School and a BS in Business Administration/Finance from Towson University. Bray has served as a mentor with the Urban Land Institute and Henry Street Settlement. In addition, Bray has served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Little League of Manhattan and as a volunteer baseball and softball coach, and as a volunteer coach in Downtown Soccer League.
