After more than 35 years in various management positions at Deutsche Bank AG, latest as Group COO and Member of the Board of Directors, Frank Kuhnke focuses since 2022 on Board of Directors / Supervisory Board positions and Special advisory mandates.

At Deutsche Bank AG, Frank has held senior Risk Management,  Operations and COO responsibilities in all Risk and business segments, including Asset Management and Wealth Management.

During his tenure at Deutsche Bank AG, Frank signed responsible for Business and infrastructure in Asia, US, UK before returning in 2018 to Germany after 20 years of international posting.

As a member of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Bank, Frank was responsible for Group COO Function incl. Real Estate, Procurement, Cost Control, the IT and Capital Release Unit (for disposals and special situations saving substantial amounts). He was also instrumental for the design and implementation of various regulatory controls incl. Know-Your-Customer, Recovery & Resolution, X-Border, MiFID II, GPDR frameworks.

At Deutsche Bank AG, Frank held numerous supervisory and governance mandates in Group entities.
