As one of the pioneers of the Hong Kong capital market, Henry Cai played a key role in the privatization of Chinese state-owned enterprises in the early days, and later, while working at BNP in France, UBS, and Deutsche Bank, he helped and facilitated the international listings of numerous well-known Chinese private enterprises, earning the title of "Father of Private Enterprise Listings" in the market.

Starting in 2015, Henry Cai found out that many medium and small enterprises in Europe with advanced technologies faced regional development constraints, and used AGIC capital's unique investment capabilities to promote their Cross-Border development and growth. AGIC Capital achieved excellent investment returns and market reputation.
