Luca has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with his primary focus now on working with UHNWIs and Family Offices across EMEA, supporting them with their investment and financing needs, via both private and public markets, on a cross-border and multi-generational basis.

His experience stretches over the years across several locations around the world (Milan, London, Hong Kong, New York, and now Luxembourg) where he worked in different roles (strategy and sales management, COO, portfolio manager, market head , business head) across multiple business areas (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management and Wealth Management).

Luca started his career in Italy in 1998, where he worked for the FIG practice of McKinsey & Co. Company until 2004, with a one year “break” in 2001 for his MBA at INSEAD Business School.

In 2004, he moved to London to join Deutsche Bank, where he spent the following 20 years and where he was last Managing Director - Head of International Private Bank in Luxembourg, and ExCo member of the Private Banking group of the ABBL (Association des Banques et Banquiers Luxembourg).

In May 2024, Luca started working for Quintet Private Bank in Luxembourg, where he joined as Managing Director - Head of International Markets and member of the Luxembourg Management Committee.

Thanks to his diverse, wide ranging and international experience, Luca benefits from a strong network of personal and trusted relationships in different locations, which include private investors, family offices, entrepreneurs as well as professional and institutional investors (Private Equity, Private Debt, and Direct Investments).

Luca is an avid sportsman and a passionate traveler. He is married with Lara (a personal fitness trainer, yoga teacher and nutritionist) and they have three children: Rebecca (now working in Dubai), Nathan (now at university in London) and Lucrezia (still studying and living with her parents in Luxembourg).
