Piotr Olendski has over 25 years of banking experience including over 19 years in Deutsche Bank where he led the Investment Banking Coverage effort for Polish corporates and financial institutions, also acting as a Member of the Management Board of the Polish legal entity.

During this period Piotr earned prestigious external awards for Deutsche Bank such as three times the Best Investment Bank in Poland by Euromoney in 2010, 2011 and 2013, Best M&A Bank in Poland by Euromoney in 2012, and Best ECM House by Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2014.

After his time at Deutsche Bank, Piotr acted as a financial consultant to several Polish companies in the renewable energy sector, and prior to that, he was Managing Director at PZU SA in charge of property and casualty corporate insurance and had an interim assignment as acting CEO of Plus Bank.

Piotr is currently serving as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Globalworth Real Estate Limited, where he also chairs the Remuneration Committee. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Boards of and Chair of Audit Committee in DM Trigon S.A. and a Non-Executive Director on Celsa Huta Ostrowiec Sp. z o.o.
