Rony Jawhar is a Managing Director at KingsRock Advisors, based in Dubai. With over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets across Paris, London, and Dubai, he has executed more than 50 capital markets transactions, exceeding USD 40 billion in deal value.

Rony had a long career at Deutsche Bank in London, and Dubai, Specializing in Equity-Linked Capital Markets and structured equity Solutions before expanding his role to private and public Equity Capital Markets across EMEA. He later relocated to Dubai to focus on MENA clients.

Most recently, he led the Equity and Debt Capital Markets team at Arqaam Capital, a MENA-based investment bank.

Rony holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and a Master’s in Finance from ESCP Business School in Paris.
