Scott Dauer is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors.  Scott has over two decades of experience providing advisory and capital raising services to clients across all real estate sectors. Prior to joining KingsRock, Scott spent over 24 years at J.P. Morgan where he executed over $65 billion of commercial real estate loans across all sectors including hotel, office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self storage, gaming and healthcare.  Scott began his tenure at J.P. Morgan in Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking where he executed transactions involving various products including M&A, high yield and investment grade corporate bonds, CMBS, syndicated loans, and public and private equity.

Scott has led the execution of 26 single-asset single-borrower financing transactions totaling over $32 billion in the CMBS market including public-to-private and other M&A transactions.  Scott has driven innovation across the industry including the first ever casino financing to be distributed in the CMBS market and the financing of other non-traditional asset classes such as marinas, bowling centers, ghost kitchens, healthcare facilities, data centers and observation wheels.

Scott began his career at Arthur Andersen in the financial markets practice where he planned and supervised audit engagements for public and private companies and partnerships within the brokerage, asset management and commodities industries.

Scott holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany and a MBA in Finance from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and served as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
