Xavier Lagache is a Managing Director, KingsRock Advisors, based in London, UK.

Xavier Lagache is a seasoned investment banker and capital markets professional, with 25 years of experience. He held leadership roles over the years, in particular in the fields of equity-linked, structured equity solutions, and Private Capital Markets, serving Corporates, Private Wealth clients, SWFs and Financial Institutions worldwide.

He was most recently Managing Director and Head of Equity-linked Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, where he led this team for a decade. Prior to this, Xavier contributed his expertise at Merrill Lynch and HSBC.

Presently Xavier is a founder and investor in various fields, in particular tech (Fintech, web3, etc.) and wellness/longevity (gyms, regenerative medicine clinics, etc).

He also acts as Senior Advisor to several companies, including Manning & Co, a US Family Office and Growth Advisor. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and business from ESSEC and is a CFA Charterholder.
